Building better teams from the inside out.

Soul@Work grows the ability of individuals and teams to engage in creative problem solving. By entering a new environment, and creating something physical, participants exercise concrete problem solving skills in ways a conference room doesn't often elicit.

Soul@Work Part I: Building the Individual

In Part I, individuals learn how to identify and make sense of how their own assets and attributes show up in a novel, even scary, environment and how they impact the rest of their team in a 1/2 day session at Soulcraft Woodshop in Cleveland's St. Clair/Superior neighborhood. Attendees support one another as they build individual projects alongside their team members.
